Sean brings progressive, VP-level experience in People and Operations spanning HR leadership, compliance, workforce strategy, and organizational design. He has built HR infrastructure from the ground up, guided organizations through complex change, and served in an advisory capacity to boards navigating governance and people strategy challenges.

His background spans the full depth of the HR function, from employment law and compliance to compensation strategy, employee relations, talent systems, HRIS optimization, payroll, and benefits. He does not specialize in one lane. He operates across all of them, with the fluency that comes from full ownership of the function at the executive level.

Sean thinks strategically and executes precisely. He can sit in a boardroom and conduct a process audit on the same day, bringing the same level of rigor to both.
