Sean founded Harmonix Strategies with a clear vision to provide small and mid sized businesses and nonprofits access to fractional HR leadership they might not otherwise be able to afford. He recognized that many organizations have ambitious goals but lack the resources for a full time HR executive. Harmonix Strategies was created to bridge that gap by delivering high level, people centered HR support that scales with an organization’s needs.
